Model Homes

Model homes need to feel welcoming for months—sometimes years—under lights, HVAC, and steady visitor traffic. Live plants fade; cheap faux greenery reads as temporary and undercuts the builder's brand.

Silk Notes Botanicals designs lasting faux botanical arrangements that keep model interiors looking cared-for and complete. We compose across floral languagesincluding traditional florals, with orchids and succulents a popular favorite—for the rooms buyers remember: entries, kitchens, primary suites, and outdoor-adjacent spaces where botanical detail sells lifestyle.

Artistry and vessel selection set these installs apart from large commercial silk-plant programs—residential quality scaled for the model circuit.
