Conventions & Events

Event botanicals have a short life and a high bar. Live arrangements can bruise in transit, wilt under lights, and lock you into same-day delivery windows. Generic rental silk often lacks the polish of a designed interior.

Silk Notes Botanicals creates custom faux botanical arrangements for conventions, activations, and private events that need botanical presence without perishable risk. Pieces arrive ready to place, hold through multi-day shows, and can be planned around load-in schedules rather than bloom windows. We work across floral languages, including traditional florals, with orchids and succulents a particular love when the brief calls for sculptural calm.We emphasize custom composition and vessel choice so the botanicals feel part of the environment—not props from a bulk rental catalog.
